2009 Meme... kinda

Description

So I changed this a bit. I wanted to do the 2003 to 2009 art meme but from 2005 to the end of 2008 I didn't do any art at all (except a few sketches here and there. I didn't keep any of them) and I don't have any of my art dated from 2003-2005. So... I did this.

I need to do art more often. I only had one for most months and just a few for a couple of them. I didn't even do any art between January 2009 and June 2009. My passion for art sparked again in July.

I have to thank my friend Reagan for getting me started again at the end of 2008. If it wasn't for him I don't know if I would have ever picked up a pencil again.

And I need to thank Joran for the support and kind words (and hilarious critiques) that kept me going through some hard times. I would have stopped if it wasn't for him.

And I really need to thank my hubby, Nick, for his unwaivering support and encouragement. I wouldn't be where I was now if it wasn't for him helping me every step of the way and putting up with my constant questions. Thank you, bb.

And I need to thank everyone on DA and FA that has watched me, commented and faved my work. You guys seriously make this worth while and keep me working.

So this is it. I know I'm a bit late on the bandwagon. I hadn't planned on doing it at all at first. Man... this is embarrassing. Some of those are just... ugh. I think I've improved.. I hope you do, too. Here's to 2010 and hopefully more improvement!

Edit: The last one is still a WIP. I'll update this when I finish it. :3

This is such a great idea, its great to look and see how the artists on here have been developing. There is defiantly a lot of improvement, your latest characters seem less animatic and more realistic.

I must say though, even your first set of artwork is impressive, and creative :)

Keep it up with the great work! :w00t:
